S/C/G: way to high/ 150
Default NYC Bagel Points
Has anyone figured out what a bagel shop bagel is? I know the website puts a bagel at 3, but i am thinking this is a Lenders type bagel.

How big is this bagel? A large bagel is 6, only a mini bagel is 3. Sorry I can't help you more

Our local bagel shop is in the WW Dining Out book and lists at 6 points per bagel.

i would ask the bagel shop that you go to for the serving information for the calories, fat, fiber and so on.. As far as i know each food place has to have that information avaliable to you.. Ask them and see what they say
