Default the new me ! starts today.....

Right. Time to sort myself out!!! Starting today ( Sunday 11th Nov ).
In the past ive had a really bad time with bingeing....so, im gonig to TRY to have a period of NO BINGES for the next 4 weeks. That may seem easy to some people but, its been gettingmore regularly recently so even 1 week without a slip up will be an achievement for me.

I'm so determined now, i have to attend an event in about 2 weeks and i want to loose about 5 pounds before then. I know i can do this. And i know coming on this forum will help me....just knowing people are there hopefully will spur me on to keep going.

Dont feel as though you have to reply...i just thought writing it down on here will help me to make this happen.

xxxx

I hear you! We have all reached that point (usually more than once). My weight loss has been going well as of late but I am having a really hard time with weekends. I will go the whole week counting every little thing I eat and staying well within my calories. Then comes the weekend and my partner says 'ah, lets have pizza..you have been good, etc' and there I am eating pizza yesterday and then feeling really bad about it the next day.

My goal is to not have a single 'cheat' until I get weighed officially again on the 22nd.

Maybe we should have a no-cheat type thread like I have seen in other forums..dunno but either way I am there with you on this goal.

I'm with you both on this. Although I've lost alot of weight my habits these past months havent been good. I am not going to weigh myself just yet but I know I have gained as my middle is bigger and I feel uncomfortable. It's just not a nice feeling. I want to be in control again. I can still get in all my jeans but I am on a rocky road it seems.

Good luck girls

Michele
