Amy's Vegetable Lasagna! Made with whole grain pasta w/spinach and cheese. It is soooo yummy! And the best part is I found it at Wally World.

Ohhh it sounds delish, I love veggie lasagna, but I never eat it! Hmnnn how much sodium is in it? also what is the calorie count? If it is minimal enough on both of these, I will buy me one tomorrow at Wally World and give it a whirl perhaps... thanks for the tippie

310 Calories..Sodium 680. It is a good size portion. I had one of these and an orange for lunch, and I was very satisfied. The flavor is wonderful...I didn't even miss the meat.

Yum! Yes, I've had that, and Amy's cheese lasagna too. Both delish!
