Laurel, hopefully with the holidays behind us we can all do better. I'm going to have one more tough week, at least. Going to Long Island Friday to be with my parents. My dad is having a procedure to treat his prostate cancer (he is doing well. Thank God they caught it early) which means less exercise and less control over my eating at least for Fri. and Sat. But as of Sunday, it will be no excuses for me.

Today (Wed) is my WI and if my home scale is any indication I am in for a gain, which is no surprise for except for Tuesday I really have been eating high in my range or over. Not much I can do about it now. The damage is already done. As far as the upcoming week, I am going to try to keep the points low today and tomorrow, try to make as good choices as I can while on LI, and then keep it low for the rest of the week and to exercise as much as I can.

Myra, I'm sure you will do just fine as you have been doing all along (better than just fine I might add!)
