Hello all,
I'm new to forum and this diet. I'm on day 2 and have a splitting headache from no coffee! I am a huge coffee consumer (I'm from Seattle...nuff said. LOL).
I no that this is probably no good but i'm drinking a half a cup of black and trying to wean off. I just cant handle the headache. Has anyone else experienced this?
Also on a previous 1300 cal diet I was on we were allowed Hot water with a boullion cube is that acceptable? Alot of sodium I know.

I read that according to Dr Ian, it might be acceptable. You just need to limit your sodium intake to 2,000 mg a day.

I had the headache too & boy, was it a killer. Today was Day 3 & finally I didn't have a headache. I'm sure there is a reason why caffeine isn't allowed though. Doesn't it make you retain water or something?
