Hi Sharon I have come to the 100 lb club to say hi. Thanks for the nice welcome.

I have had good days since Tuesday morning start date. I did not get everything in that day as I did not get a chance to do breakfast. I am making sure that I get all that I am suposed to and some days it is hard; especially when the day gets gone and you have not had lunch yet.

I really like being back on program and feel that this is very doable. I enjoy being in control again and I can have, if I wish, a glass of wine now and then.
