Default Fat Smashers Weekly Support~ 3/19-3/25

Thought I would help Sherry out since she is having computer issues.

I lost another 5 this week. I'm a bit disappointed since I put my heart and soul...and hours into working out and not cheating on my diet.

This is also the last week of my weight loss contest. It has come down to me and the only male in the contest by one percentage point of weight lost over the last 6 weeks. I really want to win to prove women can lose weight too, that and i want to go on a cruise.... I'll let you know how it goes!

Good luck to everyone this week. You are all so inspiring and motivating for me. This "diet" has proved to be a lifesaver for me in getting me off my weight loss plateau.

The Month of March hasn't been a very good month for me. I need to get "remotivated" and get back into a Fat Smash state of mind.

Good luck Sbebs01 on your contest. I know you can kick butt and show that the ladies can melt off the fat.

That is so cool! Totally rooting for you!
I am really tripping over myself lately. The only motivation I can seem to find to get back on the plan is when my skinny friend makes fun of me because I now weigh more than her. How childish, I know. She must have a serious complex to feel so bad about herself she has to pick other people apart to make herself feel better...and how childish am I to let her get to me.
Anyway, my body is out of wack this week but I intend to start over on phase one again tomorrow. I tried on my bikini and it looks ridiculous right now. Back in December when I went on vacation it looked great, man I want to get back there. I want that confidence back.

Hi Everyone -

I weighed in last week but forgot to post, I am still holding out at 139 which is amazing considering I ate everything in sight the past few weeks. I fell off the detox wagon 2 days into last week. I started again today and I WILL stay on track this time and hoping for a 4 lb loss at the end of 9 days. I weigh in on Fri usually so I will check myself then. I am doing fine on my cardio - sticking w/ it everyday and now that it is warming up, I am going to try to add in walking/running outdoors along w/ my Jazzercise.

Don't worry Sarah, you can get back on track, I know the feeling! I haven't been motivated at all this month to eat well but I am starting today and you can too. Lets drop on detox together - you kicked butt before and you can do it again.

C'mon VeggieLady, join us on detox - YOU CAN DO IT!

Sbebs01 - 5 lbs is great! Don't beat yourself up, any loss is better than none at all. Believe me, I have been at the same weight going on 5 or 6 weeks now and I am only 4 lbs away from my original goal weight & it is making me crazy!

Hi all. I need help getting motivated. I've turned off my alarm in my sleep the past two mornings. No gym for me! Not. Good.

I'm going tomorrow and you can't stop me!
