First... want to say thanks to EVERYONE who have been so helpful as I have embarked on this new journey to get in shape and lose weight. Your tips and suggestions have been very useful. I know we are not suppose to weight after phase 1 over, but i peeked and four plus pounds and counting with a couple days left in phase 1. I know probably not the best for phase 1 for most, but for me this is a step in the right direction. Took me a while to get phase one down so I wouldn't be hungry and now I think I've got the hang of it.

Now for my question... is soy mayo allowed in phase one? I am dying for some tofu salad and wonder if it's ok? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Hi!

Great job on you weight loss so far!! Everyone is gonna lose at their own pace. I lost 6 lbs last time I did detox. I may lose the same amount this time. Any loss is a step in the right direction.

I'm not sure about the soy mayo, though. I really haven't ever heard of it. Hopefully some of the other smashers will be able to answer ya.
