Well I got to Day 9 and then I got sick again so that failed

But this time I'm going all the way!!
1. Follow the caloric guidelines in the program (will range from 1200 - 1350 depending on exercise)
2. Drink two litres of water a day
3. Three hours minimum exercise per week
