    About 30 minute session with trainer, with bench press, squat, deadlift and trying out two new machines
    60 minutes elliptical, half backward, resistance at nine, random intervals
  • Jan 27:
    -Lost track of time, probably 40ish min lifting: DB bench press, DB overhead press & bicep curl, KB goblet squats, lat pulldown, 6 x 5 on leg press, weighted situps/lying down tricep extensions
  • Saturday 1/26: 5.25 mile run
    Sunday 1/27: 25 minute 'booty bootcamp' workout from skimble, 30 mins on the elliptical (booty bootcamp was not the best idea after a hard run, quads are unhappy today!)
    Monday 1/28: rest day, with ideally some yoga before bed
  • January 28: 58 minutes P90X Kenpo DVD
    50 minutes weight lifting (legs)
  • Jan. 26: 33 min elliptical, spin class, 40 min dog walk
    Jan. 27: power class, 40 min dog walk
    Jan. 28: 40 min dog walk, 52 min swim (2000 yds)
