    I could probably technically get away with this one, since the extra calories happened after midnight, but by the spirit of the goal I have to take a pass. I went to a friend's valentines party, and between 3 drinks and being practically ordered to try my the host's brownies, I went a little over.

    Laura78: Good luck to your daughter!! and applause to you, because being a synchro mom is a lot of work. Pretty sure it's the only sport that involves dumping molten jello over your child's head...
  • Part of the changing this life to a better life style is learning to be honest with ourselves about what to count and what not to I'd say. Good job syncrojo to use today as a pass.

    Goal: Exercise everyday (Level 2 but trying to ace it).

    Day 1: Exercised... volunteer day at the hospital so I did a lot of walking.
    Day 2: Elliptical for 40 minutes (1.25 miles).
    Day 3: Elliptical for 25 minutes (.75 mile).
    Day 4: Elliptical for 45!!! minutes! (1.50 miles)
    Day 5: Leslie Sansone vid walked 2 miles
    Day 6: Walked the dog for 1.04 miles.
    Day 7: 2 1/2 (or close) miles on WATP DVD.
    Day 8: 2.53 miles during my volunteer shift at the hospital.
    Day 9: Elliptical (light day).
    Day 10: Elliptical 1.25 miles in 35 minutes.
    Day 11: Elliptical 1.65 miles in 45 minutes.
    Day 12: Elliptical 1.17 miles in 25 minutes.
    Day 13: WATP 2 miles.
    Day 14: Did Wii Fit Free step for 20 min and a walking/jogging type one for 10 min.
  • Happy Monday morning ladies! There is something about this challenge that keeps me going, I love it!! So, since I'm almost at 21 days, starting on Friday I'm going to add a new challenge. I got a knee/leg strengthening video which is about 20 mintues. On top of staying under 1500 cals, I'm going to do this video 3X/week. I'm starting to prepare my weak knees for some more intense exercise

    synchrojo - Yes, pouring hot jelly on my daughters head is interesting indeed! She has her first ever routine competition in less than a month...I'm nervous. She's only ever done figures competitions up until now.

    Luvcats - Great job, you're almost there too! My next step after the knee strengthening will probably be WATP to prepare eventually for C25K.

    Sooo... Today is officially Feb. 12 so 4th of March is day 21 I think. I will exercise on purpose daily, drink my bottle of water, and... walk at least 1/2 mile daily not counting normal activity.
