    Well I finally lost the holiday weight/husband came back from deployment so we celebrated with eating weight ) Down to 143.3 as of this morning and looking forward to the 130s
  • I was pretty stoked about my 147.8 that I reached on Friday. Considering I was 152 on monday, I feel good. I know that it's like, just water weight but it still feels good to be in the 140s again!

    Goal #1 will be 145 lbs because that will put me at a healthy BMI. Haven't seen that since my sophomore year of college!

    And to all of the new people of this thread: welcome and congratulations on all of your hard work so far!!!
  • Hello all! Seems lively in here which is nice.
    I'm at 145.2 atm! Was at 144.6 a couple days ago but frustratingly and inexplicably had an increase. so hopefully back to 144.6 soon then beneath!
  • What are everyones eating/exercise plans? I'm on weight watchers and I am trying to do the elliptical for a half hour 3-5 days per week. I just added the exercise in so Im hoping for a good loss this week, although I know some people gain when they first start working out.
  • Ive been steady at 143 this week! Yay ) Im so excited, cant wait to see the numbers dip even lower )

    Im not dieting per se, I just try to eat healthy and almost no take out (definitely no fast food). I cook at home almost over day and I like to have a wide variety of colors on my plates so it works out well nutrition wise. As far as excercise, I run about 3 days a week (working my way up but currently at 1.5 miles a day). And I also Zumba 2 days a week

    I'm completely new to this forum but I'd like to start posting since I just started my weight loss journey (for real this time!).
    Last I weighted myself I was 150. I've always been right around the 150lb mark.. my lowest weight I can ever remember was 144 and that was when I ate extremely clean and ran for around an hour and a half every day!
    I'm hoping to slowly lose weight this time and keep it off for good!

  • i went up to 148 today... only by 1 lb but it was still really frustrating because i've been so perfect! i hope it's TOM and not me!!!

  • i figured i'd better chime in here. i hit my halfway mark this week (145.5) and can't wait to be out of the 140s and into the 130s!
  • omg...so 147 is TORTURING ME!!! 145 is my first mini goal/it's also a healthy BMI for my height. I have been at 147 for what will be 2 weeks on Saturday. TOM came last week, but it's been gone for a solid 5 days now, and the scale STILL wont drop. **mentally smashes scale** :'(
  • OKAY!!! Now I feel like a little crybaby... got on the scale this morning, and it FINALLY moved in the direction I wanted. 145.2.
