    Got some devastating news this weekend and haven't been handling it very well. Saturday morning I was up to 174, so I have lost 3.5 lbs in 4 days. I know it's not healthy and I am working on healing and taking care of me. Hopefully this is a temporary feeling. It's nice to be close to the 160's though.

    I can't believe there's only 5 more weeks left until Thanksgiving. I know I won't be at or close to goal in that amount of time. Hopefully I can be into the 110's by the end of this challenge.

    thanks! i've been really frustrated that its not moving as quickly as i would like, but i'm really glad that i am seeing a downward trend in m y weight regardless of speed.

    I had gotten to 214.8, but ol TOM came to town. I'm very happy with 215.8 though! Still a loss, and I was fully expecting to gain. I'll take it!! I also added my goal weight. Lol, I realized I hadn't stated it yet. It's a little ambitious, but I think I can swing it.

    Week 5: 166.8 (10/19 ( - 1.8lbs) - wish it were more but havent been exercising as much as I was last month, but at least I am still eating healthy and NOT binging at all.

    Today I was 166.4 so glad to be down even more from yesterday! Almost to my goal for Thanksgiving! Going to have to readjust it when I reach it and push for even more!!
