  • I'm late to the Sept weigh in party but I want to join too
    I keep a tally of my weights from every few days in my food journal and I also could use some motivation for september!

    Also i'm new here so this is my first post. I hope to get down to 140 by next February or earlier! I started my journey in August so I have been doing well for now.
