And this may be a bit of TMI but that was the most painful plane ride of my life sooooo gassy I probably could have propelled the plane there myself
I am sure we got in 33 minutes early because of me. I did a no no and stepped on the scale and have stayed the same weight for a few days.. sigh.. reasons for not weighing oneself daily.
T I a sorry about your family emergency I hope everything is better today. I haven't travelled so can't be much help sorry, I think try to get your water in. Hope everything works out and I see you soon.Originally Posted by fannymae32
We have had a family Emergency and I had to fly to TO to help out for the next couple days. I noticed that I am just exhausted, I usually do this trip once a month and never felt this drained. Not sure if its just from the stress or the diet, or the fact that I was working nights. I am trying by taking 2 potassium pills and upping my salt/water intake to see if that works, but does anyone have any other suggestions? We went to a friend's wedding this afternoon. I had to go shopping last week for a dress seeing as all of my dressy stuff no longer fits! I wanted to give you guys a picture of how it looked. I'm so glad it was sunny today so I didn't have to wear a sweater over it!

I called and asked my doc office (who put me on this program) and they had never heard of it and said I shouldn't have it.
I am also wondering how did you start on this program, do u go to an actual IP center? My doc told me about it but honestly I don't think they are too familiar with the program, considering I am her 1st patient on it and they just went to a seminar on it. I am actually worried that I am not doing Phase 1 correctly and I am not sure how long you actually stay on it.....
Any advice would be appreciated. I am just hoping IP really works for me.
miracle noodles are fine, I was going to suggest speaking with Judogirl to see what else you need to know as she just had her training. I think if you follow the sheet and ask questions here you are going to do great. Have a good Sunday.Originally Posted by thinmint

Hope you're all enjoying your day. I was outside all day yesterday painting the deck. Well got one coat on. And it needs another but it's raining today and suppose to rain tomorrow too. So I'll just have to finish it this week. But I must say I got a nice burn on my arms. OUCH, it sure hurt going to bed last night. Well after a long day of painting, DH suggested we go out for dinner. Hum..I was thinking. Ok, let's see what I could have. Well ended up having a greek chicken salad and told them to omit the feta cheese, which I have to say is the best part of a greek salad. But it was very good, light and I felt great afterwards. While DD had cheese capeletti and DH had Rib eye steak and fries. But I did have a couple of bites of his steak and so good and I munched a bit on his veggies. I think we'll be having mussels and shrimp for dinner tonight...yum!!
NSV: Yesterday I had to wear older clothes to paint and it was leggings and a tank top. DH couldn't believe how good I looked, he kept commenting on how sexy I looked and really couldn't keep his hands off of me..lol. TOO FUNNY! I don't know what he will do when I've lost all the weight I need to lose. Maybe this is TMI!! But he said he could really notice a difference now that I was wearing something that fit compared to my big baggy pants. So overall it felt great.
Well guys, hope you all have a great weekend. Keep up the great work.
That is a great NSV, we may have to dress you down when you lose more wait so you can get SOME work done. Originally Posted by JoAnne9597

If you haven't tried MIO yet, I highly recommend it! there are several different flavors - I got Strawberry Watermelon and Berry Pomegranate (haven't tried that one yet). It definitely makes drinking water much more interesting.
I so wish we had that in canada... I haven't been able to find it yet. I miss watermelon and that may just want me want it more... at least that is what I am saying to myself...Originally Posted by amoderngirl
Can I just say how AMAZING the Strawberry Watermelon MIO is?! Holy cow. So good. I've downed 32 oz of water with it in there in an hour. And it keeps me from cheating

Happy Sunday Afternoon everyone, have been up since 6, walked the dogs at the off leash and was totally swarmed by mosquitoes they are so bad here, made some mosquito spray for my dogs as they seem to love biting my black dog. Red dog lost another ball at the off leash and got totally muddy so we had to go back to the river so she at least was cleaner and didn't smell. brat of a dog.
My friend gave me 2 huge bags of clothing, from size 5 to size 14. I was going to put everything away for when I might be able to fit into anything. Well I work a size 13 yestereday and I can fit into size 14 pants from Club Monnoco, Only skinny people shop there.
I am so grateful to have such a friend and next weekend (if she isn't working) try on some dresses... It feels so good to get rid of the 18s and I look forward to every weight loss goal I meet as it is that much closer to my goal. Have a great weekend all, and those of us in Canada happy long weekend. Time to go shopping for flowers and get the yard ready for them.
