I have finally realized that it if i have a bad day mentally over eating and laziness will not absolve my state of mind but make it worse, especially the following day when i suffer from guilt and the negative hangover, at least i kept to my new ideals and can begin anew today.
So sorry you lost your ring Peanutt, hoping it turns up for you.
Some of my seeds i planted have sprouted so i got a little wee smile this morning out of that , funny how such small happenings can actually affect my mood.

After I'd been through all the levels then I started over and tried to do EVERYDAY, NO CAN DO, I think I did 6 or 7 days of Level 1 before I needed a day off, I think the important thing is just keep moving . . . and do it as hard as you can for as long as you can. I do LOVE 30 DS because you work you A** off for about 20-25 min, then you're done . . . I started No More Trouble Zones (NMTZ) and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism (BFBM). NMTZ is VERY similar to 30DS, but twice as long . . . and BFBM I like to call BIG FAT BUTT-ERY MESS . . . Oh yes I'm so funny in my own head
