    Almost in the 140's! Haven't seen those for almost a year and half. Had some trouble not eating enough last week - headaches are a late sign of hunger. I am just so excited to be eating well and not having carbo cravings, that I don't eat my snacks. Need to remind myself that I can still successfully lose weight without restricting my intake so much.

    I also love the Monday weigh in. Went snowshoeing for 5 hours on Saturday, and couldn't wait to see the results. Kept me going in the cold, and I made dinner that night, even though I was exhausted.

    Not bad considering I was awful this week. I tried to watch what I ate but my hubbie kept bringing sweets home. Plus, I didn't work out at all!

    I'm very proud of this weight loss! I just started on Jan 1st - AND I quit smoking at the same time - AND I had PMS this week. Whew! My body is in shock - for the better! I actually think I was on track for a better loss number until PMS hit over the weekend.

  • Well, I'm down 1 pound. Sorry for the late weigh in. I've been a crazy person lately. We've had snow here. My exercise classes started this week so that's been good but I'm way incredibly sore. I'm surprised that I lost any b/c stupid TOM came and I've been compulsively eating EVERYTHING in my house, healthy or not. UGH! Here's to a better week this week!

    sorry for the late weigh in, have been really poorly (again!! just can't seem to shake this awful cold, it's here for a week then gone for a week. so infuriating!)

    anyway,

    186 / 0 / 186 - I'm happy with this as I've been feeling rotten and not paying too much attention to my cals (and little or no exercise)!

    Just a note, I'm on holiday now until 1 Feb , so won't weigh in for the next two weeks. Let's see how I do! It's a snowboarding holiday, so the exercise could bode well, but it's a big group holiday in the US, and I hear the food is so goooood, that could be my undoing... Ah well, I'm planning to kick it back into touch after the holiday, and I've worked really hard for this break so I'm not going to be worrying about beating myself up while I'm away. But I am going to try to make sensible choices, and I've volunteered to be the designated driver which will help with the booze intake!

    Really hoping to shake this cold before I fly on Saturday though, as I have horrible blocked ears and that is going to HURT in the pressurised cabin!!
