I'm happy too this am. I have just lost 4 lbs in a little over a week. I hadn't moved the ticker to show the gain so now it is accurate again.

I totally agree on the measuring, particularly on certain items. Measuring and journaling also help me know what I'm consuming - like, do I really need those extra servings, no, I can wait, another meal or snack is just around the corner and I wont starve.




Fitday says I averaged 1396 calories a day for the last two weeks which is below my maintenance but I am worried that on the days when I was trying to catch up with my log that I was forgetting foods that I ate so it may not be entirely accurate.
