Good Morning from Atlantic Canada . . .
Here's a great big

for the new members. You'll love it here.
Miata . . . I'm a quilter, too, although I have to admit that I haven't done much hand quilting in the past few years. When you've got grandchildren that need bedcovers, you learn to love machine quilting. So much faster and less painful too. I figure I do enough finger-pricking doing BS testing.
Dianne . . . Really sorry to hear about your husband's recent news. Try to find the bright side. You are definitely in this together and hopefully it will make compliance easier for both of you. Wow, with 6 dogs to walk, exercise should be easier, too.
Hefty . . . you always have good advice. That is also a great typing job.

Have you been practicing?
Personally, I'm having a slow morning. I had a really bad hypo in the middle of the night. (Forgot that bedtime snack, Hefty). So I kind of ate breakfast at 3 am to bring the BS up out of the basement (below 3.0)(under 54). Thought I'd call the food "medicinal" and just ignore it

but the good weight-loss fairy won out

so I'll have an early lunch before I go out to do some shopping. Tomorrow will be a better day.
Have a great one

gang. Talk to you all soon.
