  • I am down to 326.6, at least I was before I went on vacation. Waiting to get home before I weigh myself again. I've been trying to watch what I eat, but vacations are difficult.

  • Sencha: Vacations are hard! I've done best when I kept good control at breakfast (which helps set the tone for the day) and focused on veggies, especially salads, later in the day. I also aim to skip snacks entirely -- I let travel adventures distract me from hunger. That allows for extra calories that I don't know about slipped into restaurant meals.
