  • hello all! Thank you for the welcome! so the official weight is now 185. *Sigh*

    But, it isn't where I started - at 300!

    So, tomorrow will be my first day of doing the Atkins diet. I can't afford the Ideal Protein any longer and frankly I would rather eat my meals instead of drink them.

  • I've gained 3.5 lbs in the past week and am up to 195.6 which isn't too bad. I plan on going back into weight loss mode the day after my birthday next week (my birthday is New Year's Day). My parent's got me a cruise to the Bahamas for Christmas and it is scheduled for the end of February. I'd love to be under 180 lbs by then.

    Super yay!!! I completed this challenge successfully! My goal was not to go above 201.

  • Was 239.2 when I started the challenge... 239.6 this am, but we had new years Chinese food for dinner last night, so water retention...I'm calling it a successful challenge, lol :-)
