  • I am staying on plan today because I really want to get below 218.
  • I'm staying on plan (i.e. not binge, not purge) today because I can. Because I am strong.

Also, because it'll be day 4 without a binge, and I found a new strategy to motivate myself: for every day without a binge/purge, I virtually put aside 20$ from my account that would've gone to purchasing binge foods (and that's a conservative estimate) to a "wellness fund" to be spent on luxurious items such as massages or really fancy clothers. Once I got a 100$, I'll get an awesome massage. So, only today and tomorrow between me having hard-earned a much-needed deep tissue massage
  • staying on plan because I want to get into the 220s by end of this week
  • Weighed in this morning at 204.6. One-der-land is within site. Hoping to safely be there by the end of June.
  • Staying on plan to keep on path to just being "overweight" with my BMI. Realized I have 6.2lbs to go. I can do this! Come on, 185!!
  • I will stay on plan today because I have a lot of old jeans I want to be back into this autumn.
  • Because I did so good over most of the month of May to not binge. I lost 8 pounds of my regain, and I want to continue losing the weight I have regained!
  • Because I'm 3 lbs above my lowest weight in May--and want to get back there!
  • Because today is day 5 of b/p freedom! And yesterday was the first really hard day, where I really wanted to binge - but I got angry and frustrated and yelled and cried instead. I am pretty sure that I felt those things BEFORE I had the urge to go and binge, yet I only became aware of them and experienced them AFTER I resisted it. Proficient repression anyway?

So, I'll stay on plan again today because I can. And it's Friday, so I won't spoil the almost-weekend mood

elvislover Yay! One day at a time, and you'll be out of that BMI category FOREVER pretty soon!
  • because I am so close to getting below the morbidly obese bmi category. If I stay on plan, I should get there in a week or two.
