  • Okay, I know I'm posting the day after my official weigh-in day, but I seemed to have flushed out a little bit of my gain today...putting me down to 234.8, which is worth mentioning because that means I hit my challenge goal! Woo! Definitely a silver lining to my slow week.
  • Way to go, Opheliaphoenix!!!! So happy for you!!! I totally am not going to make goal. But at least I have mostly maintained and I usually flake out at this time. This will be the first summer where I will STAY on here and keep up!

    Hope everyone else is doing great!!
  • Another slow week. I'd lost a couple pounds, but gained most of it back somehow over the past couple days during an experiment to up my calories by 200 per day. Didn't work! Lesson learned, ha. Back up to where I was last Thursday at 234.8 today. Which makes for just 0.6 lbs down this week. Then again, I've also been low on water this week, so I'll focus on that for this next week, as well. Hope everyone's doing okay!

    amandie: Thanks! And, good job to you, too! You might not make exactly as much progress as you hoped for in the beginning, but the fact that you're still here and maintaining is a sign of nothing but good things! You've already grown so much stronger than you used to be if you'd have flaked by now. So, in my book, that is a success all its own. Hopefully, you will join another challenge with us when this one is through!

  • Alright, well my weight finally broke a little with a visit from the whoosh fairy right here at the end of this challenge. Thank goodness...lol. I forgot to post here yesterday, so I will wrap it up with today's weigh-in of 229.4, which puts me at 5.4 lbs lost since the 12th and about 35.8 lbs down overall! Thank you so much for this challenge...it really helped keep my head in the game and in the proper perspective when I was struggling so often with my daily weigh-ins lately. Are there any plans for a new one? A Summer to Autumn one, perhaps?
