Hi ladies, I'm jumping back in here. I am FINALLY in the 190s!! lol... it took six + wks for me to get there from 205 at new years. I've switched from weight watchers to calorie counting and its made huge difference. I dropped 3 lbs this past week. I was so happy! I'm riding a bike 30 min (6.5 miles) at least three times a week and doing basic dumb bell arm moves and sit ups 3 times a week. I'm trying to base my calories on my activity. 1200 being the lowest and 1550 being the highest. I need to stop weighing daily, it can be torture!
