I totally failed. I am hoping im getting TOM soon (I have pcos so dont get it regularly) cause yes, I overate this week, I did it alot, I jsut coudlnt stop, but I dont see how i ate 12000 cals extra!! maybe 2000 extra or POOOSIIBLY 300 but NOT 12000 yet the scale says im up 3 lbs
i thought maybe waterweight, but ive been downing water and tea like crazy and nothing. Sigh
