Shells, thanks for the encouraging words re: breakfast. I did better this morning and didn't need a snack before lunch, which is good because I'm also taking Cher's advice and omitting cheese just this week to see if it helps me lose a bit more. (I'm a cheese FREAK and always have been.) I took the cream Havarti with herbs to my daughter as part of her "moving in" present. She loves it as much as I do, but she's a forever size ZERO.
My best news: When I weighed Saturday morning after 2 cups of coffee, I had lost a pound; when the nurse weighed me this afternoon (after lunch, a big bottle of water) about 3 p.m., the pound is still GONE. I was afraid it was just a little scale fluctuation, but apparently that pound is GONE.
Let's have a 100% week, one day at a time.
