i have done turbo jam in the past, and am in the bidding on ebay right now for CLX and thinking about TurboFire. Just wondering what shoes you all are using. I have hip and some knee pain (i'm in surgical menopause and hypothyroid so i'm not sure what it is from, ARTHRITIS???) SO i am a little nervous about all this jumping around. i know chalene loves shox, but it seems to me that in TJ and TF much of the IMPACT is on the ball of the foot, NOT the heel. Are there any shoes that absorb impact on the entire surface of the foot? Or are any of you experiencing any problems like this?

I am on my second rotation of TF. I started it in July, 2010. I really enjoy doing the workouts. In my opinion, TF is mostly a cardio program. There are toning/sculpting workouts, but the main focus is cardio. I have seen results while doing the program, but I am actively trying to lose weight.
I did workout the hardest I could so that alone is an accomplishment for me.
