Thankfully yesterday morning was just being weird. Oh and I wanted to share that I had to run a mile and a half outside on a track yesterday for this initial physical assessment for this Fitness for Life class I'm in this semester and I did it in 13 minutes 11 seconds! I really surprised myself, out of 50 people I was the 7th to finish. Before I started losing weight, I know I would have been the last one done!

Wow! Talk about a non-scale victory!! Good for you! Right now, I'd probably place 45th. LOL! I'll give myself a little credit. I've been running around my ping-pong table with Wii Fit. Hey, it's more running than I've done since I HAD to in high school gym class.
