Hey everyone!
I was looking over my recent weight chart, since I've been eating somewhat consistently and losing steadily, and noticed a pattern. I tend to lose a bit of weight over a few days, maintain a day or two, then bounce back up (but not quite as far as before the loss - usually still under my 30-day weighted average weight on
www.physicsdiet.com). It's like two steps forward, a few seconds of standing still, and one step back.

The cycle lasts 5 to 8 days... it definitely doesn't coincide with the work week (I'm not gaining on weekends, for example)... and I can't attribute it to calories, carbs, sodium, workouts, amount of water I drink, or anything else. Weird!
Yesterday was my "up day" (back to 129.0 - I love that even my high days are under 130 now) and now I'm eager to see a few days of loss.
I skipped exercising all weekend (Saturday on purpose, Sunday because I had debilitating TOM cramps) and didn't count my calories but I estimate I was on track. Today I'm ready to get back to the gym!
