  • 15 mins cardio [10 mins elliptical, 5 mins treadmill]
    20 mins upper body strength training

    After that, I started getting MASSIVE cramps, so I called it a day.

    8403 + 35 =8438

    Brings me to 515 so far for the month.
  • 30 mins at Curves

    Personal total 195/300

    Group Total
    8438 + 30 = 8468
  • 30 mins treadmill, 60 mins strength training

    Group total: 8,468 + 90 = 8,558
  • 60 min with the trainer... plus some time checking out wii fit! (though I won't count that today)

    Group total ~ 8558 + 60 = 8618 min
  • I believe I had 1080 min total for May

    Group Total ~ 8618 + 1080 = 9698
  • 498 gone for me, my May total was 1192

    9698 + 498 = 10,196
  • My May total was 2361. Woo hoo I broke my goal by 361. So,
    2361 + 10,196 = 12,557.
  • I think my total was 1725

    Group total = 12,557 + 1,725 = 14,282
  • I finally went back and totaled the missing days. I erase the daily log at the end of the month so I went back through my blog entries.

    360 mins gardening
    130 mins strength training
    60 mins walking
    20 mins treadmill
    60 mins water exercise

    May 22nd - May 31st - 630 mins

    Group total: 14,282 + 630 = 14,912

    I'm not sure what my goal for the month was, but this is what I ended up doing:

    - treadmill: 9h 50m
    - strength training: 7h 20m
    - swimming laps: 2h
    - pool (various, incl. laps): 1h
    - garden work: 12h 15m
    - walking outside: 3h

    Total mins: 2125 (I looked back, 2280 was my goal)
