Switzie and DMPLS, I'm with you on the calories. I just upped mine on weight training days, because I was stalled out on the scale. First, I tried lowering them, but that just sapped my energy. I'm staying with 1800-1900 most days, going up to 2100-2200 on weight training days. That seems just right to keep me energetic, and the scale is moving the right direction again.
Speaking of which: down another pound today (2 for the week), to 205. Six pounds to go for my MD goal.
Rat, have fun on your vacation! We'll need a pic of you with the rat ears on... er, mouse ears!
