  • Oh Robin, with all that fiber you may be sorry if you eat too many! You can buy powdered buttermilk. Look in the baking area of your store, and be sure to keep it well sealed between uses - it cakes up pretty easily. I keep mine in tupperware in the fridge. Hmm, I just googled it and found that Bob's Red Mill and King Arthur's flour both carry powdered buttermilk. Who knew? Mine is just a brand (I'm too lazy to go look) I've found at the store.
  • I was out of town most of last week and will be again next week. I have read and caught up and want you all to know my prayers are with you all.

I left last week at 174 and came home at 173. I ate as good...ok...better than before...as I could not cooking at home for any meals and I did get some walks in around the hotel complex and mall area.

Have a great week ladies! Gary

Oh gosh, Pat, I'll try to keep that in mind when I eventually make them. Though something tells me I'll need more then the fear of a little extra fiber to keep my teeth away from them.

Powdered buttermilk? Sounds like a good idea, except that I don't plan on using it very often, so I'm not sure if that would help me any. But thanks for the info. I've learned so much today about buttermilk!
