im up a lb... you sound dead tired been there done that. in fact i was up allnight about the dr only to find that i waited in agony for 3 hrs in the wait room i was fallin apart and to boot, i woke in severe pain. do u know how frustrating it is to have a dr ask whats wrong and you have to say nothing that you can make better? then i told her the truth about the chiro situation and shes not happy she said its unacceptable and i agree w her im waiting for him to call. get some rest ok? btw, the new dr was nice to me

My arms look so gross, I hope they dont scar like your nephew, was it???, anyway I hope I am lucky like him. Down fro 224 (post atkins disaster) to 221.5 today!!! WooHoo. I do like slim fast, the only thing is that I am usually hungry before my am snack.
How about you guys???

Hey T, Yea my nephew. Hes a redhead and burns easily. Poor little guy looked like somebody beat him up for a long while. Atkins didn't go so well? That is one really hard diet to stick to that is for sure. Slimfast gives me a stomachache sometimes. They are great to kick start your body into wanting less food though. One of my friends sisters lost a lot of weight on slim fast a long time ago before they had all the extras they do now.

Still draggin today. Dd's friend had some kind of bump on her leg that was keeping her up last night. I was worrying all night about her. Hope today it's better for her. DD's probably tired too she was up and down a couple times last night too. She did make it to her summer classes with a small complaint about STUPID SUMMER SCHOOL

Down another ounce today, I like the powder better than the cans, in fact yesterday I took my powder and milk and half a frozen banana and blended it together, it was like a chocolate banana shake and I had it witha a salad and was full!!! I have been cheating a little, I set my goal calories at 200 less a day than sf cite said and that way I feel like indulging on a fudgicle is still under my calories, and its working! My shoulders are healing and I have no restriction of movement anymore so I will start the Wii again today, see how my boxing skills have lapsed!LOL
Job update, I have a second interview Next Wednesday at the job I really want, the lady told me Monday that I was the best candidate!!!Very excited.
Anyway I should get my Wii time in b/f my little man decides he wants me.

Finally got some sleep so I'm not draggin anymore. Come to find out DD's friend had this issue with a bug bite before her parents sent her down. Yesterday it was really bad. Her knee looked like a baseball. Today it's a little better but she still has a fever. Poor kid can hardly sleep. Shes up and down all night

hey t sorry about pms. i think im startin pms too. i hsave to agree w lorra about the shakes though. sf shakes are full of sugar. make your own w fruit ice milk and even protein powder if you want.
