We had to cut branches and haul brush this morning. I'm only counting 20 min of it as it wasn't all that strenuous. However, I was MUCH stronger using the lopping shears than I ever used to be!
Fell off for a week, but life seems to have settled down, actually still lost so that was nice. Back at it again. 40 min cardio, 30 belly butt and thighs (prevention fitness) 45 min weights (jari love)
Well I had two weeks of doing very little exercise so there's no way I will meet my initial goal of 1500 minutes this month. I think I will change it to 1000 and hope for the best. I am back on track with the exercise as from today though so can finally add some minutes......
