I did a 12 mile run into work this morning to go past my target - 127.4/125.
I was going to say that I won't be hitting the heady heights of the 170s this month, then I realised that I'm doing a charity walk on Sunday that will probably come out somewhere between 25 and 30 miles, so I actually won't be too far off if I do a couple of shorter runs I had planned as well as that. I don't usually count walking, but I think a walk like that deserves to be logged, particularly as I've made the target of running 125, with the walk being on top.

I havent been able to run much lately, every time I do I was getting sick, but I think I am back on the band wagon. I WAS on pace to blow my goal out of the water, but now I think I am just on pace to hopefully meet it.

Ran 3 miles outside. I'm not gonna make my goal this month...I am experiencing some achilles tendinitis and don't wanna push my luck doing a 9 mile run. I was really looking forward to this run, but I'd rather not have a serious injury so i'll pass!

I'm not even coming close to my very ambitious goal this month. When I set the goal, I didn't think about being out of town for Spring Break and I didn't know I'd hurt myself this past week and have to take a few days off. Sigh... Next month will be better!

About 27 (I didn't measure it exactly) walking yesterday. 159.4/125 (132.4 run, 27 walk)
