Hi ladies! I’m doing better today. Thanks for all of the support!
Tina – I’m glad your son is back and had a good time. I’m sorry that you’re going through this stuff with your sister. I’m glad you could have a good talk with your MIL and SIL. Thanks for commenting on my avatar. That’s a picture of one of my babies. She’s a Weimaraner. She’s hyper and spoiled, but also very sweet. I just came across that picture. I think she was licking her lips, but it looks like she's sticking out her tongue. It cracks me up!
Melissa – It sounds like you’ve been keeping yourself very busy. I have experienced the low blood sugar thing, and it’s not pleasant at all. Sometimes I’m so weak I don’t think I’ll make it to the kitchen to get something to eat.
Laura – sounds like you did well on your trip this time. It’s always nice to be home, no matter where you’re coming from! Good luck on your marathon! It’s great that you can do them frequently!
Andi – sorry about the car problems. Forking over the money stinks, but it’s nice to have a happy car! Your workout with Marty and Amy sounds intense. I’d probably be curled up in the fetal position by midway through! Cool that you got to meet someone else from the MPMU!
Cathy (Catway8) – I hope you get to feeling better soon!
Mom23BC – I hope your baby keeps getting to feeling better. Great job on the step-ups! I’m impressed. I think it’s great that you have added running to your walks and that you son is joining you!
Emily – you’re doing great on the C25K! I’m anxious to hear how your 20 minutes goes!
Cathy (Catsgetnhealthy) – Hope you’re feeling better soon, also. Good job on exercise even though you’re not up to par. I don’t usually keep on plan when I’m not feeling well.
Kari – sometimes it’s more like work at home than at work, huh?
Diva – I’m glad you’re feeling better!
Rennie – Girl, your fall sounds painful! I’m a bit clumsy and have had similar experiences. I feel your pain! The work on the house sounds exciting. I had some done a few years ago and need to get someone back at the house to finish up the details and do a little more.
Cassie – I’m sorry you’re discouraged. Hang in there! Since your eating and exercise is on track, I bet the
(fish) scale will go down soon!
Muse – I need to get onto weight training so that I can build my muscle tissue up. I’ve read about the torn muscle fibers and then the muscles building when it repairs itself. Thanks for the reminder/nudge!
Utah – good luck on the move. I hope your move goes smoothly!
Melissa73 – I admire anyone who teaches! It sounds like you had a rough day. I’m glad you could work out your frustrations at the gym. Inches lost is always wonderful and 15 inches in 2 weeks is amazing! And I love Survivor and LOST (I think you were one that mentioned that last week). James is definitely a favorite of mine!

Did it suddenly get hot in here? Wait,…what was I saying?
Cat – I’m sorry you’ve not been feeling well. I’m impressed that you’ve kept up with the exercise. Don’t dwell too much on the food either. It’s hard to eat healthy when you’re under the weather. Just get back on the healthy eating as soon as you can!
DK, Counting, Terapet, and anyone else I missed, hello!
Now about me: I’m doing better today mentally. I weigh in at work and my usual weigh in day is Monday. I have been also weighing in on Fridays in case something happens, and I can’t make it to work. I don’t want to miss a weigh in. I weighed this morning and the scale was down quite a bit more than I was expecting. I actually had a
“this can’t be possible” moment and teared up. (I’m an emotional person so this is nothing unexpected). In the back of my mind, I’m nervous that this is a fluke and I’m trying not to jinx it.

We’ll see on Monday, huh? I have upped my water and been on the higher end of my working out time. That may be just enough to keep me on the right track!
I have a surprise birthday party for a friend tomorrow. I’m planning on eating healthy and staying on plan. Maybe the potential bigger loss will keep me motivated! Take care everyone and have a great weekend!
