  • Hi Ladies - Got in 2 MORE walk today adding up to 72 minutes! (14 and 58 minutes...for a daily total of 129 minutes!!) New totals are:

  • It is amazing how much harder it makes it (more of a "workout") since I have started doing arm exercises while doing my aerobic walking! Today I think I will take my Danskin workout balls and try them on my break... a short walk; doubt if I can do them for an hour LOL. But I got in 66 minutes yesterday.
