ARRRRGHGHHGHGHGH!!!!!!!
Great big long post sucked into the ether!!!! ::shakes fist impotently at computer::
Football is going well...Camen has his first game tomorrow and I'm very excited. His dad will miss it because it's more important to shut down the up-north cabin for the winter than watch his son play football. Arse.
Is it still complaint day? No? Too bad.

I thought, though, that it was a good idea. I should get here more often like I SAID I would.
Tammy--glad you're seeing a chiropractor--I was going to suggest it if you weren't. For anyone else achy and painy, it's a great idea. Our chiropractor is pretty much our primary care doctor--we see him first if we're sick before we go to the MD.
Susan--even though I was MIA over the summer, I thought of you & your Seamus on July 10th, and lit an extra candle on my son's birthday cake for him (they share a birthday). Funny how things stick with you..... On the up side, I think it's great that you have a personal trainer. I'd LOVE to have a man to make my legs wobbly--not that he has to be a PT, mind you. ::wicked grin::
Water intake is good today, but not so good this past week. The cold virus has visited my house and refuses to leave and is eating ALL my energy. The last thing I want to do is drink. Eat, too. And what I want to eat is NO GOOD. (oreos)
I was fortunate to maintain my weight loss for the past two weeks, because I couldn't maintain my journal or portion control or fruits/veggies intake. Or should I say "wouldn't." First it was TOM, then I got sick, so that balanced out well, but now it's back to being on plan. So far today, so good. I got a half-RolyPoly and it was scrumptious with enough protein & fat to get me through to snack time. And a smoothie for breakfast, one granola bar for morning snack. My only downfall so far--diet Coke. I'm trying to kick the habit, but I'm half-hearted about it. Stupid soda.
Have a great weekend everyone!!!!
