I burnt myself out exercising 55 to 70 minutes 5 - 6 days a week - I can NOT imagine working out two hours every day. How many days are you doing this? Are you seeing results?
My first suggestion would be to give your body a break from the toning - unless you are only doing a couple of body parts one day and a couple of different ones the next. It is recommended a lot by many different people that you give your muscles a rest. IE - work the biceps and chest one day, triceps and back the next, etc.
If you are using the TJ tapes only, I would do a cardio workout one day and a toning one the next (or add on the 20 minute TJ with the toning if you want more cardio and the TJ abs with the cardio if you want more toning with the cardio workouts).
Example:
Monday - Cardio Party and TJ Abs;
Tuesday - Booty Sculpt and 20 Minute TJ;
Wednesday - Cardio Party Mix 2 and TJ Abs;
Thursday - Turbo Sculpt and 20 Minute TJ or Lower Body Sculpt;
Friday - Cardio Party Remix and TJ Abs or Lower Body Sculpt if not used the day before;
Saturday - OFF;
Sunday - 20 Minute TJ and TJ Abs.
I find with TJ that I am able to burn a lot of calories in the 30-40 minute workouts. If I were to do 2 hours of Turbo Jam, I would burn out fast from it even though it's a workout I absolutely love. And that would be a sad thing.
Hope this helps. I should follow this myself - I just do one workout a night although I sometimes add the TJ 20 Minute with the sculpting ones. I add in Yoga Booty Ballet one day a week and I do Jari Love Get Ripped one or two times a week for weights.
