That sounds quite excellent to me, Shannon. I'd say don't go anywhere near beating yourself up.
I'm on one cup of coffee a day now. Any more and my insides get all irritated. I have it as my 'elevenses' and it's meant that I've cut out any idea of having a mid-morning snack. I think of what it was like when I was growing up, and how my older relatives are now. They don't have mid-morning snacks. I think I only started having one when I was doing more heavy lifting. Then an apple and cottage cheese seemed to lead to other things after a while.





Sorry you've put on weight over the past few years - several of us here are in the same boat. Unfortunately, it seems to be a 'thing'. It sounds as though you're on a roll downwards again, though, which is brilliant news. Watch out World!
