I changed up my eating, too. I reverted back to Phase I of SBD and it is working for me. This morning, I hit my new low of 161.2!

160.8 this morning. I even did an hours worth of walking/shopping around a vendor's show at the fairground buildings where I live. Got to just keep sticking to my food plan, stay under 1300 cals, and get my activity in. It has got to go down, soon! Patience, Kat, patience.......
