Just wanted to report in here: I just finished a 6-week reboot on P1. I lost 13 of the 15 pounds that I gained. Actually, it was 16 pounds. I'm 2 pounds under my goal, but I want to lose another 3, but I'll do that on P3 with swimming. Just felt it was time to phase off.
I'm determined not to let it happen again, but really, really thankful that I hav th tools, knowledge, and support (here) to is go back to P1 and get it done. This time I used alternatives, except for the occasional IP drink or soup. I have a great coach who lets me stop in and buy whatever I want.
So I'm proof that it can be done.
Hang in there, everyone. Don't give up!
