*I lost 5.8lbs since starting around the 6th of this month even with my sisters wedding and a few birthdays that slowed me down but did not stop me.
*A new month tomorrow
*A new school year
*P90X
*my husband for rubbing my back this morning before he left for work

* my sister making it home safely from her trip.
* my family n dogs.
* cellphones w/internet.
* friends old n new.
* being back down to 1 set of boobs!
