  • New to the Featherweights, so I'll just post the measurements I took of myself when I was at an earlier time of losing. It's not at my highest weight, but this still gives an idea of how far I've come...

    Began to Measure Weight: 170lbs **185lbs is highest weight**

    Chest: 40"
    Chest Band: 33"
    Waist: 34"
    Stomach: 42"
    Hip: 40"
    Butt: 43"
    Thigh: 23"


    Current Weight: 107lbs = 78lb Loss!

    Chest: 30" = 10" Loss
    Chest Band: 28.25" = 4.75" Loss
    Waist: 23" = 11" Loss
    Stomach: 29" = 13"Loss
    Hip: 31" = 9" Loss
    Butt: 32" = 11" Loss
    Thigh: 16" = 7" Loss


    Other than *maybe* working on losing another 2lbs, I'm pretty much done...so I don't expect too many more measurement changes.

    I finished 30-day shred a little over a week ago. It took me about 7.5 weeks, because I took every third day off to run. My starting measurements, 10/16/12:
