  • Looks like we have done good! I lost another 1.6 at my last weigh-in. That is a total of 9.6 for my first month! Yippee!

  • Hi - I was only down .4# last night.

    I think for the challenge my total was only 3.8# (because of that nasty 2.8# gain in Ottawa)

    Anyway - what is our next challenge?

    My goals will 5 pound loss excercise 3 days weekly at least

    So far that is 30 lbs in four weeks, just from four people!!! WE ROCK!!!!
    How did everyone compare with the goals they had set for themselves?
    I met mine with plus an extra .8lb!

    St. Patricks sounds good:

    I will lose at least 5# & exercise 3 times a week and drink all my water & stay away from those darn chips. And do better with this challenge. I was a little shy on our last one (Ottawa did me in)
