  • Sunday's Eats:

    2 pumpkin raisin muffin, 2 turkey sausage
    1 cup fresh pinnapple
    Etheopian Food (Lamb) over salad w/etheopian bread - Restaurant
    100 cal popcorn
    leftover chinese beef brocolli, white rice (very small portion)
    Skinny Cow truffle pop
  • Monday's Eats:

    3 whole wheat cinnamon raisin pancakes, 2 turkey sausage links
    filet mignon (a-1 sauce) over mashed potatoes, brocolli
    2 pumpkin raisin muffins
    100 cal skinny cow truffle pop
    100 cal popcorn
    1 cup fresh pinnapple
    3 large Biscotti....OMGoooooooooodness, they were INCREDIBLE (totally worth foregoing dinner for it)
    small navel orange
    small plum
    1 large Biscotti (they are wayyyy tooooo goood!)

    *baking homemade cranberry pistachio biscotti now...YUM! (no dinner)...me want biscotti..nomnomnomnom!

    Exercise - Running 5.4 miles (only ran 1 day last week) didn't run today

    Teriyaki pork loin over spinach quinoa, spinach
    1 large homemade cranberry pistachio biscotti
    large fruit salad (w/fresh pineapple & cantelope)
    1 corn on the cob w/butter and dash of salt
    Skinny Cow Truffle pop
    1 large cranberry pistachio biscotti
    small plum
    small navel orange

    Exercise: Ran 5.4 miles
  • Tuesday:
    B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover grits & greens
    S - peach, plum, 2 bananas (one at work, one when I got home)
    D - leftover chicken shawarma, pretzel roll
    E - 33 min lap swim (22 laps)
  • Wednesday:
    B - bran flakes, blueberries, strawberries, skim milk
    L - last of the chicken tamale casserole, giant salad w/tomato, cucumber, carrot, lf honey mustard dressing
    S - peach, plum
    D - pasta w/sauce of turkey italian sausage, kale, white beans, etc.
    E - none
  • Wednesday's Eats:

    3 whole wheat cinnamon raisin pancakes, 2 turkey sausage links
    1/8 slice Pumpkin Pie
    Spinach salad w/grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes
    2 large cranberry pistachio Biscotti
    Skinny Cow Truffle Pop

    Dietary Observations
    **have crazy craving for fruit/protein shake today...must find a way to squeeze it in**

    ***With this summer heat...my appetite is getting weird...seem to be gravitating towards more fresh fruits and grazing instead of eating whole meals.*** Will go with the flow and just keep listening to my body - worked good thus far!

    D: turkey sausage w/ peppers & onions over rice, 1 slice Little Caeser's cheese pizza

  • Thursday:
    B - bran flakes, strawberries, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover grits & greens, big salad like yesterday
    S - apple, lf string cheese
    D - leftover pasta veg stuff
    S - shredded wheat w/almond milk
    E - 32:45 7.3 mile bike ride
  • Friday:
    B - bran flakes, strawberries, almond milk
    L - leftover grits & greens, big salad again (no tomato this time, papaya poppyseed dressing instead)
    S - apple
    D - planning to cook some zucchini and put with pasta & lf ricotta
    E - dog walk this AM, planning strength workout at lunchtime
  • Mkay..sooooo...had family up for the past 4 days.

    Not going to post my food, and it's not cuz I'm ashamed. It's just that I ate so much food including bbq spare ribs, my mom's famous and most awesome potato salad, homemade biscotti's and pies, that it would probably cause a riot for me to post!

    Just kiddin. Anyways...you get the picture...I ate whatever I wanted. To satisfaction...not to gluttony though...but yet in still...whatever I wanted. No weight gain whatsoever. I remained active. Swimming, Cooking, Cleaning, Shopping, etc. That may have helped.

    Bottom line. I'm good. Hope you all had fun enjoying all of your favorite foods.
