Not much going on here today, Angie will teach yoga at church this evening. I had a short day at work again, was able to get the dogs out for 3.5 miles in a little drizzle...nice.

Welcome Kat and God' Temple I have been there and I still am not so happy with myselfbut i am making progress,Kat I think you are really doing good sounds to me, I will be praying for you to stay on track.

We had a scare tonight and still don't know if we can sleep tonight. There was someone out in our pasture wearing dark clothes about I would say 5'8 or 9 and he hid behind our well house when David pulled up. I thought was kinda strange seen people before on our land hunting but i did not see a rifle in his hand . My husband was going to tear out there but i stopped him , for he did not know he might jump him and cut his throat. So he called the law but meantime david had drove the tractor out the pasture and turned around after i had told him no you should not go out there. So he called the law and they came out and checked in the well house , nothing but grass had grown so high he said he could not see anything. He said he figured it was some one ilegal traveling across country. He said they do that at night and sleep somewhere in the day time. That is scary about a year ago they chased some through the pastures here. You know they could break in but I have a baby moitor outside in the goat house and it picks up noise outside by the house so I am not to worried but still! My border collie barked all night last night and I went out to see what she was barking at, well when I got next to her she looked at the gate and just growled, she never growls , he could of been out there then. That just makes my skin crawl.
Gary could you please, ask Angie what the best tape would be to learn yoga from the start. I have heard so many good things about it but there are so many tapes!

Yikes, Bootsie! That would really unnerve me. I pray all is well and all stay safe at your place! Thanks for the compliment on my name, by the way . Irises are my favorite flowers. We had a patch of them that came up every year along one of the back field paths. Light purple ones, so pretty.

Rosebud, happy birthday - I think I am day late but better late than never!

EZ, that is really neat that Angie teaches yoga at your church. I've done yoga on and off and I'd love to start again but it's a bit expensive - cheapest I've found here is $6/class which is juuuuust borderline for my budget.

I've got another exam tomorrow, and I'm not feeling entirely prepared so I suppose I should put a bit more time into that before tomorrow morning.

Bootsie-that must have been really creepy! We've had issues with people in our yard (& we live in a town). The boys & I came home from Wed. evening youth group once and there was a person right at our back door. He ran when we pulled up to the garage, but I called the sheriff to check out the house, because we didn't know if the person was trying to go in or coming back out. Of course, it takes the sheriff's dept. over a half hour to get here, so we had to stay in the car with the doors locked the whole time. We also had a car windshield broken out one night. One thing is that our dog always knows when someone's outside and barks and growls, so we've learned not to ever ignore her warnings. Praying for your safety!

We ended up spending the day in town yesterday, but not by choice. The boys had dermatologist appts, which went fine, but when we went to get the prescriptions, things turned for the worse and we spent all day running back and forth between stores and making calls on the cell to try to get the prescriptions straightened out. Thank goodness for the cell phones, though, because before we had them, we'd have had to drive the half-hour home to make the calls, then go back to finally get the meds. I think the year's stresses are getting to me, as I was totally frazzled by the end of the afternoon. I don't handle these frustrations very well lately. I think I need to get away somewhere, but nowhere to go and no money to go with. My sister has invited us to her house for Thanksgiving, but that's not always relaxing, as they live in the Chicago area with so much traffic and she's kind of a type A personality, if you know what I mean. Her boys are almost mean to ours as well, as they seem to think that their city "McMansion" way of life is the only way. One once asked our boys how they could stand living in a house like ours (about 1000 sq. feet at the time) and they've also told one of them that he shouldn't be taking communion, since he wasn't baptized in their church. So, anyway, not sure if a trip to see sis is the get-away I need!
