    Not much, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction! lol

  • 2/16: 170 Lost 1.4 pounds. Yay!

    I tried 5 new meals.

  • CW: 222 lost 2 but i think it would have been more if i wasnt lying in my bed all weekend ughhhh to getting sick.

    i did the activity 0 times because i forgot to look and see what it was.

  • hey guys, up 0.6 this week. I had too much sodium for sure!!!

    I did the activity 3 times.
  • WI this week was 199 even I don't remember exactly how much I lost...but I think it was at least 3 pounds, if not more. I did the activity two times.

    Sorry I was late with this....I am in OK visiting my sister and nephew and was nowhere near a computer yesterday and my laptop won't connect to the internet wireless for whatever reason, so i'm sneaking on here quick
  • up .4, but that's much better than I was expecting... maybe next week I'll actually lose something, lol
  • hey, sorry I didn't weigh in in time. We have February break and I don't have a comp at home, so I'm at my BFs Mom's house using her comp right now... I was up 0.4 this past week... Blah, vacation week makes everything so much harder too!

  • So... I'm up another 1.4... major jump in the scale which I am blaming partially on TOM... and then partially on myself...
    I did do the activity 8 times (love cardio!!!)


    So... I started at 245.8, ended at 244.2... only down 1.6 total for the challenge Which opens me up for my next goal, which is to shatter that meazley 1.6 in the next challenge!!! Great Job Everyone!!! And congratulations to those who saw success!!!
  • Hey guys! Down 0.2 this week. It is my TOM so I am blaming that!!

    I started the challenge at 210 and now I am 208 so I lost a whole 2 lbs this challenge!! Ughh!!
