All of you are an absolute inspiration!

I'm so happy this thread wasn't forgotten a day after it was started.
I have a few positives (making up for not posting on weekend)
- I didn't gain weight over the weekend and have officially lost 2.4 lbs in the last week.
- I did incredibly well for lunch today considering it was at Frankie Tomatoes. Only a small little scoop of ice cream for dessert! and I heeped on the salad. (who on earth gets salad at buffets? really.) lol
- I'm looking forward to my workout tonight!
