THIN, keep taking the meds. One event does not a pattern make.

More often than not, that kind of 'barf-fest' is the result of a bit of tainted food. If it keeps happening over a few days, then it's time to talk to your doctor about the Metformin. Usually, though, the Met causes problems at the very beginning and those symptoms ameliorate over time.
It is darn cold in northern Nova Scotia this morning. Temperature is 13C/55F and that's the predicted high for the day.

It's also overcast. If the sun would be kind enough to put in an appearance it would probably warm up. The current prediction for the next few days is for considerably warmer. temps. Hope it's right. BGL was 6.1 (110) this morning. a bit higher than yesterday, but definitely within acceptable bounds, so I'll keep on with the single shot of insulin in the AM. -- which reminds me, it's time.
Woke up to a cat squabble this morning. The three adults were all puffy-tailed and snarling at each other. The kittens were all lined up in a row watching.

Who knows what happened. It was all over with as soon as I slapped breakfast on the floor.

Everything seems fine now.
